1/21 Thimble Pleasures Quilt Guild - Lecture: Coloring Cloth 1/23 through 3/6 Danforth Museum of Art - Fabric Painting and Dyeing Explore techniques for adding color to fabric using a variety of paints, coloring agents and dye techniques. Work on cotton and silk, and explore textile paints, oil stick and fabric dyes using a variety of tools for beautiful and interesting results. click here to visit the museums website and for registration information. 3/27 Wayland Public Library - Mini Hardcover Book Learn how to make a basic book using a basic long stitch binding technique. Participants will create a beautiful hardcover book filled with blank pages that you can use for journaling, writing, sketching and drawing in.
